Contract wins

The database is an index. The frontend is a read and signing surface. It does not calculate final eligibility, fabricate monitoring data, accept supplemental evidence as authoritative, or report a submitted transaction as finalized.

Wallet boundary

User financial actions are wallet-signed. Private keys never enter the API, database, or frontend configuration.
